Shipping Policy
At Hike to Eat, we strive to balance speed and reliability in our shipping process while minimizing our environmental footprint.
To achieve this, our items are crafted and printed on demand, which may extend fulfillment times but significantly reduces waste. This does increase the time to fulfill orders compared to some other businesses, but this results in significantly less waste.
Shipping Options
We offer standard shipping for all orders. Some products may have expedited
shipping options available at checkout for an additional fee. International shipping
is also available for most products, with costs and estimated delivery times provided during checkout.
Free Shipping Offer
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping for orders totaling $75 or more for
domestic (US) orders only. For domestic orders under $75, shipping fees will be
calculated at checkout.
Shipping Costs (International Orders)
Shipping costs for international orders are determined by the weight of your order
and the chosen shipping method. The total shipping cost will be displayed in your
shopping cart before completing your purchase.
Please note that orders may arrive in multiple shipments, potentially impacting overall shipping costs. Please note that some countries may have restrictions on the types of products that can be shipped, and customers may be responsible for paying any customs, duties, and taxes incurred during international shipping.
Order Processing and Cancellation
Due to the on-demand nature of our production process to conserve waste and
overproduction, same-day shipping is not available. Once an order is placed, it
cannot be canceled.
Tracking Information
Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing
you to monitor the status of your order.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and other
factors. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or
customs.
Estimated production and shipping times are as follows:
USA:
Production Time: 3-5 business days
Shipping Time: 3-10 business days (often sooner!)
Worldwide:
Production Time: 3-5 business days
Shipping Time: 10-15 business days

Damaged or Lost Orders
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping or is lost, please
contact us immediately at orders@hiketoeat.com. We will do our best to resolve
the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns and Refunds
As a small business, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for information on returns and
refunds. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
