Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Hike to Eat! As a small business, we aim to give you the best shopping experience because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
However, in the unfortunate event that we may need to conduct a return or refund, please review our relevant policies as outlined below:
Return Period:
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@hiketoeat.com within the 14-day return period. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
- Packaging: Please securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including the RA number, and ship it back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
- Refund or Exchange: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item, the replacement will be sent out once the return is processed.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item(s). Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized or custom-made items
Damaged or Defective Items:
Our products are printed on demand. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at orders@hiketoeat.com to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect for our records.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for printing. If you wish to cancel an order before it has been processed, please contact us as soon as possible.
